01 / Behind the decks

Old school.
Wide open.

Behind the decks since 1999, DJ Bram plays completely analog: two Technics turntables through an Allen & Heath mixer. His story starts with Belgian retro house and the unmistakable Bonzai Records sound, flows through the great trance years and opens into techno, tech house, electro, melodic techno, deep house and progressive.

His sets balance the records everyone hopes to hear with the forgotten and unknown gems they did not know they needed.

02 / The philosophy

NEVER
PREPLANNED

The record bag is chosen. The set is not. Bram watches the room, trusts the reaction and lets the next record reveal itself in the moment.

Recognisable genre anthems and 90s/00s favourites create the connection; lesser-known gems keep the journey surprising. Every record gets room to breathe.

03 / An unfinished collection

Then · Now · Next

EVERY RECORD
ADDS A CHAPTER.

This collection was not bought overnight. It has been built record by record for more than a quarter of a century—shaped by tens of thousands of tracks listened to, scenes followed as they emerged and sounds rediscovered years later.

The chapters below are not a list of genres. They show how decades of listening became one musical language—still expanded every month with new releases and long-searched-for records from the past.

I

It started in Belgium.

Retro house was the doorway: Bonzai, Dance Opera and Mackenzie. Records like Universal Nation and The First Rebirth built the foundation, followed by the great trance years and their sense of lift, drama and release.

II

The room grew wider.

Techno, tech house and electro sharpened the edges. Deep and progressive house brought patience and space. The collection expanded, but the earlier chapters never became closed boxes.

III

The past keeps moving.

Missing originals, forgotten B-sides and fresh reissues still enter the shelves. A newly found 1998 trance record can arrive on the same day as a current release—each one completing a different part of the story.

IV

And the story is still being written.

New vinyl arrives every month: recent melodic techno and progressive from labels such as Afterlife, Steyoyoke, Anjunadeep, All Day I Dream, Future Romance and Iconyc, alongside older records that complete a missing chapter. Not replacing the classics. Connecting them.

04 / Built around the moment

01to12H

One hour.
A whole night.
Everything between.

From a focused one-hour genre set to a twelve-hour journey across eras and sounds, the format follows the room—not the other way around.

Before the event, we can explore the genres, atmosphere and records that fit your idea together. That shared direction shapes the record bag while leaving the set itself free to respond to the people in front of the decks.

A good set is not defined by the size of the venue. It is defined by the connection in the room.
